What is a Domain Name?
​
A domain name is the address of your website, It is how your customers get to your site easily. Each website has its own unique IP address eg, 61.6.210.218. A domain name converts this number into something we can remember easily.

What is a Hosting Service?
​
A hosting service is how your site goes on the internet. It's like getting a tariff for a mobile phone but you buy bandwidth and storage instead of data and minutes. It's a bit like buying a house for your site.
​
Why can't I do it myself?
​
Well, you can. However, you need webspace, servers, if you require logins you will also need to connect a database to the server. This can get really confusing.

Terms and Conditions
Payment
1 - Payment must be made within 30 days of the bill date
2 - If after 30 days payment hasn't been made an 8% interest will be applied

Cancellation
1- You must tell me when you want to cancel your website. However, you have to tell me before the 15th of the previous month of your bill month so If your bill month is July you need to tell me by the 15th of June.
